Yes. That's what it's built for. It uses the same kind of clean alcohol flame caterers light indoors under every buffet tray, with a burner built to cook instead of just keep food warm. Set it on the counter with the stand, crack a window like you would for any flame, and let it cool before you refill it.

The Evina™ Pocket Stove runs on liquid alcohol fuel, which is clean burning, affordable and easy to find.
Fuel is not included. The fuel container in the Blackout Kit comes empty.
Your best options:
Denatured alcohol gives the hottest, cleanest burn. In the US, find it in the paint section of any hardware store. In the UK, Ireland and Canada, it's sold as methylated spirits at hardware stores and many supermarkets.
Bioethanol is a clean burning option sold at hardware and camping stores.
91%+ isopropyl alcohol works in a pinch and is sold at any pharmacy, though it burns with more soot.
How to use it: pour a small amount (start with 1 to 2 oz) into the burner cup, light it, and let it warm for a few seconds. Once the flame is steady, set your pot on the stand and cook.
Always use the stove on a stable, heat resistant surface in a well ventilated area.
