By placing a subscription or pre-order through our store, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Subscriptions

Active subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, contact us at shopevinaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Cancellation requests submitted after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the following renewal. No refunds are issued for billing periods that have already been charged.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, pre-orders enter fulfillment processing and cannot be cancelled. Once shipped, pre-orders are subject to our standard refund policy.

How to Cancel

Email shopevinaofficial@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for cancellation. Our team reviews every request individually and will confirm your cancellation in writing.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been fulfilled, shipped, or charged cannot be cancelled. This includes subscription renewals that have already processed and pre-orders that have entered fulfillment.
